    Investment to provide solar and energy efficiency loans to low- to moderate-income households.

    Providing financial flexibility to produce and preserve affordable housing in Newport County.

  • Community Care Alliance

    Funding and technical assistance to strengthen the organization's financial stability.

  • Community MusicWorks

    For construction of a brand new facility to provide music education and community programming.

  • DownCity Partnership

    Support to boost the commercial and residential vibrance of Providence's downtown.

  • Farm Fresh Rhode Island

    For construction of the Rhode Island Food Hub, a 60,000 square-foot building that serves as the organization's headquarters and center for food and agriculture.

  • Horizon Healthcare Partners

    Supporting work on the state's Behavioral Healthcare Link program.

  • Horizon Pharmacy

    For the purchase of equipment to scale production and increase medication options and services to at-risk individuals.

  • Neighborhood Health Plan of RI

    Support of the innovative partnership providing high quality, cost-effective healthcare to at-risk individuals in the state.

  • NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley

    Support for the Northern Rhode Island Community Development Revolving Fund, to accelerate affordable housing production and community development. 

  • One Neighborhood Builders

    Support for the Protecting Providence Property (P3) program, a pilot effort to provide affordable homes for 'missing middle' income households.

  • PACE-RI

    Loan guarantee support.

  • PCF Development

    For purchase of a 30,000 square foot site to be used to construct 25-30 new affordable housing rental units.

  • Project Weber Renew

    For purchase of a building to house the organization's headquarters and prevention center.

  • Providence Revolving Fund

    Support for the Opportunity Investment Fund, a loan pool supporting residential and commercial development in Providence and surrounding low-to-moderate income communities.

  • PVD Prep

    Investments to bridge reimbursable expenses for the charter school's staffing, curriculum, building renovations, furniture, technology, and supplies. 

  • Revive the Roots

    Bridge support for purchase of the historic Mary Mowry House and its surrounding property to provide accessible community gardens, sustainable agriculture, and educational programming.

  • Rhode Island Philharmonic & Music School

    Loan guarantee support.

  • Rhode Island Public Radio/The Public's Radio

    For purchase and relocation of their FM signal, supporting access to local news and expanding its audience and programming.

  • The UCAP School

    Investments for expansion and for the refinancing of the organization's Providence properties.

  • Trinity Repertory Company

    Loan guarantee support.

  • Urban Greens Food Co-op

    For support of an 8,000 square foot community-owned grocery store, providing local, affordable, healthy, and culturally appropriate food.
