Gift Entry Administrator

The Foundation is currently seeking a Gift Entry Administrator, a position that is an integral part of ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient entry of gift information into the Foundation's systems.

The Foundation is currently seeking a Gift Entry Administrator, a position that is an integral part of ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient recording of information related to the management of the Foundation’s gifts and donations.

The Gift Entry Administrator works as part of a dynamic team that has responsibility for key operational and administrative procedures that support the effective and efficient data entry of the gifts into the Foundation’s systems.

The Gift Entry Administrator will be a member of the Foundation’s Technology and Operations Management department, reporting to the Data and Operations Manager. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential to successfully filling the requirements of this job.

The ideal candidate will have experience in back office data entry and customer service with five years of proven work experience. Proficiency Microsoft Office, databases, and the ability to learn new programs quickly is required.

The ideal candidate should be a strong team player who is customer-focused, dependable, proactive, adaptable in a fast-paced work environment, and who is detail-oriented, timely, and organized. Appreciation of the value of community service, education, philanthropy, and donors’ values and interests are also important qualifiers for the position.

The ideal candidate must have a positive attitude and commitment to the Foundation’s mission, vision, and to equity for all. Due to the sensitive nature of the data related to entering gifts, this position requires this work to be performed in the office.

The candidate also must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, strong verbal and written communications skills, and approach working as part of a team in a collaborative manner.
