Donors: Let's Do Something Great Together

See an unmet need in your community? Want to support the Rhode Island arts scene, public education, or health and human services? Ready to make a commitment to a cause you care passionately about?

Ready to give more?

In 2017, the Foundation awarded $43 million in grants to more than 1,700 nonprofit organizations. Many of those dollars come from designated or donor-advised funds -- funds that allow donors to choose how their dollars are spent.

This video from our 2018 Annual Meeting honors Delta Dental of Rhode Island, recipient of our Carter Inspiring Partner Award.

It's people like you -- donors and prospective donors -- who make our work possible. Get involved with the Rhode Island Foundation or get more involved. There are so many ways for us to work together. Let's make change happen.

Our development staff is here to serve you. We can help you plan a fund or contribute to one.

There's so many things we need to do to help our inner city kids achieve their dreams and move their lives forward."
